Teen Mom star Ryan Edwards is now a father of four after welcoming his first child with fiancée Amanda Conner this week. The 36-year-old reality star had initially announced their engagement in January after one year of dating. The couple confirmed that Conner gave birth to a baby daughter at 6:15 a.m. on Wednesday, February 12.
“Today is the day we welcomed our gift from God, Presley Sage Elianna Edwards,” they said in a statement. “We are truly blessed to welcome this beautiful healthy baby girl into our family.” “We are looking forward to being a healthy happy family and are just deeply thankful for everyone’s love and support.”
The new arrival into the family joins Ryan’s son Bentley, 16, whom he shares with ex Maci Bookout, as well as son Jagger, 10, and daughter Stella, 5, from his relationship with ex Mackenzie Standifer. As for Amanda, 33, she’s also mom to son Brandon, 12, from a previous relationship.
Their little bundle of joy’s birth comes exactly a month after Edwards dropped to one knee and popped the question to Conner during a winterly family getaway. The two lovebirds announced they were expecting a little girl in late October in an interview with PEOPLE.
“Ryan and I are very excited about our pregnancy,” Conner told the outlet at the time. “We have overcome so much in the last year and a half, and we are in a very happy, safe place.” After revealing the news, Conner shared some of the expectations she had set for herself as a parent ahead of their daughter’s February arrival.
“Honesty is one of my biggest things, honest about who you are, about who me and Ryan are, I want to be honest about that,” she shared. “I don’t want to hide anything from her. I’m going to be very cautious.”
Since working on his sobriety, Edwards has been spending quality time with his kids. In October 2023, he shared a photo of his son Bentley as the two spent some time together playing golf. Both wore matching polos and hats and smiled together while they placed their arms around each other.
This past June, the two were again photographed on the golf course, this time posing with Conner. The proud dad also shared a photo of Bentley driving a car.
