Hollywood star and producer Angelina Jolie recently turned heads at the Governor’s Awards in Los Angeles, held on November 17. The actor looked ravishing in a yellow gown as she posed for the camera with her son, Knox. The duo shared an awe-inspiring bond as they walked arm-in-arm together.
The 49-year-old actress sported an eye-catching butter-yellow dress that featured an off-the-shoulder halter neckline laced with gold beads. She complemented the gorgeous color with a matching set of jewelry that included a massive pair of drop earrings, a geometric necklace, and several sparkly rings. The Maleficent actor styled her blonde hair in a half-up, half-down look and rounded out her look with petal-pink lipstick and bronze eyeshadow.
Knox, 16, is the youngest of the six children that Jolie shares with former husband and actor-producer Brad Pitt. She adopted him in 2002 and added his biological sister, Zahara, in 2005. Their brood grew again in 2006 when they adopted 3-year-old Pax from Vietnam. Then, in July 2008, Jolie gave birth to fraternal twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline.
Despite being the youngest of her children, Knox has rarely been seen at public events. The last time the teen was seen in the spotlight was in October 2021 when he joined siblings Maddox, Pax, and Zahara for the premiere of Jolie’s movie, Eternals. He has also been spotted on the sidelines of his mother’s filming, including helping out on a few scenes of her upcoming biopic, Maria, which Pablo Larrain directs.
The Academy Award winner is gearing up to promote her newest flick, a biopic about opera singer Maria Callas. She has been hitting the red carpet with her children, most recently at a movie screening in New York City on September 22 to mark the occasion. Maddox and Pax were on hand to assist their mom, while Knox’s twin, Vivienne, served as the film’s producer’s assistant.
While some of their siblings may be reluctant to take the limelight, the kids are starting to branch out and explore their careers. Maddox and Pax worked behind the scenes on Jolie’s films, while Vivienne served as producer’s assistant on The Outsiders. Knox follows in their footsteps as he makes his rare red carpet appearance with his mother.
For the event, the teen sported a dashing buzz cut and suit. He paired his look with a classic black bow tie and carried a Tom Ford bag. As he and his mom walked the carpet, they were escorted by their other children, who looked just as handsome as they did. Check out a few photos from the evening below.
